"The room was spotless and the team were incredibly helpful! In the night the pub downstairs can be loud, but it wasn’t an issue for us! Lovely location, ideal area to hope about from."

"Clean bedding and towels friendly staff"

"Wanted a few days away to see some of the attractions around the area. For 3 adults this was ideal accommodation. Everything we needed was there. Even an on site indoor pool. We didn’t use it but it was a fair size. Very quiet and lovely views of the countryside. The owner sent us details of check in etc and quickly answered emails. "

"This holiday home was excellent and the location was great. Landlords were very friendly and everything went very well. Thank you!"

"The cottage is fine and it is in a nice location BUT the details of the cottage listed on the Expedia website and Sykes Cottages are different and misleading. Expedia shows the cottage to be within the Penzance city centre & 8 minute walk from the ferry terminal. The cottage is 8 miles (13 kms.) from the Penzance city centre. "Great base for us to tour around from All we need there Able to walk to local pub too"

"Really good if you like lots of cliff walking, beautiful views. Cute apartment with everything you need for a short break. If you’re lucky you can see beautiful sunsets from the window."

"This property is a perfect bolt hole for anyone looking to explore the south west tip of Cornwall. It’s just 20 or so minutes from the train and main bus station. The house is well equipped with leaving you everything you’d need for a trip away. The kitchen has all the tools you could want and there’s even two sitting rooms with TV’s in them. The three bedrooms all have double beds. We did have an issue but the owner was very proactive and sorted it without fuss. Often you don’t know how well...

"Very convenient and suited us well. There is a slight smell of damp however on entry to the lounge. You might consider having a lighter weight quilt in the summer but that is only a refinement. All the basics are excellent. "

"Fab house very comfortable and superb location right on the beach opposite St Michael's Mount. Only negative (unless you are a trainspotter) is the adjacent railway line but trains are no more frequent than about one every 10 minutes and don't run through the night. Already planning a return visit."
