"Lovely clean hotel. 15 min walk from Newcastle city centre and close to public transport options. Italian restaurant attached who were happy to provide food to take back to the room (food was excellent too!). Staff were really friendly and helpful and having a grab and go breakfast you child pre order was a great option "

"Thank you, Premiere Inn, our overnight stay was perfect and easily could stay longer, to accommodate our family of 4. It was clean, the staff were friendly, resourceful and accommodating. If you have lots of luggage, it is better to catch a cab from the rail station. Only £5-€12 because it's close but hilly. The breakfast was delicious and good value. Durham is beautiful and charming with so much character."

"Very friendly lady at the counter. We travelled to Newcastle recently for the Great North Run. The lady (I am so sorry for not remembering her name) had plenty of suggestions about how to get to the venue. She even let us keep the car parked after our check out. The location is very good as well. Buses and Metro available within a short walking distance. Great value for money!"

"This is an excellent, value for money budget hotel. Most facilities are at par with what you would expect from a budget hotel but most outstanding feature is its very helpful staff. Adam is a star. "Hemos estado una noche en una habitación con una cama doble y un sofa cama individual, perfecto para 2-3 personas. La estancia ha sido buena, la habitación tiene vistas al río y al puente. "The apartment was great, conveniently located for Newcastle City Center (within a short walk, or short hop on the Metro), Jesmond Metro station and restaurants and cafes in the local area. Check in via the adjacent Holiday Inn was quick and efficient and access to parking (free with the apartment!) was easy. "Really lovley area, check-in was easy and Jay was nice enought to let us drop our bags early so we could explore newastle. Of note, due to train strikes 2 of our trains were canceled or skipped the Cramlington stops so keep an eye on that if you make any appointments that rely on public transport."

"I was very happy staying at The Grainger Hotel again. Incidentally i have stayed at The Grainger Hotel on numerous occasions.
