Amazing property, location is incredible!!!

Two things stopped me from giving it full marks and those were: no a\c and no comfy chairs. When I arrived at the hotel and met with one of the receptionists, Vavara, she was very very helpful. Nothing was too much for her, in fact, I relied on the reception staff quite a lot at first on where to get trams, metros etc. The first night I had to go to the local Potraviny to pick up some milk etc. I got lost and went back to reception where she showed me how to get out of the back of the hotel...

Very pleasant comfortable hotel. Friendly helpful staff who spoke good English. Very good breakfast. Convenient location. About 10 minutes walk down hill to Castle and further 10 minutes to Charles Bridge. Tram stop right outside hotel. Highly recommend

After reviewing all the reviews I was unsure what I was going to find and how my stay would be as we had booked two rooms with friends. On arrival greeted and check in was easy and no issues. We parked the car in the garage which is little tight for medium and big cars but well maintained and clean. Rooms were spacious clean and warm. Bathroom clean with shower gel supplied. Slept well both nights only downside would have liked extra pillows as there only one pillow but other than that couldn’t...

Really enjoyed my stay here. Only one thing I didn’t like and that was in the dorm bathroom there was a lot of black mould on the ceiling! Luckily there were other communal showers and bathrooms to use which were spotless (although the shower did smell of drains). My bunk was in a corner, so could only see one other bunk from my bed, didn’t feel like a 10 bunk dorm at all. The bed was comfortable and clean. It was a little noisy, I suspect this was from the open windows which other guests...

My stay had a rocky start, but it improved a lot afterwards. The first room had no working AC, and I had to wait until the following morning for someone to properly look into it. The room was very warm and faced the main street, with a pub directly opposite, so it was a little noisy. It also got a lot of sun during the day, which made the heat worse. I was given a fan in the meantime. Eventually, the hotel moved me and gave me a free upgrade, which I really appreciated. The upgraded room was...

Suited my needs perfectly. Close to where I needed to be. Staff excellent. Restaurant is very good although the menu is limited the food was excellent. Bar staff friendly. Room was fine. Had all I needed except a tv. But clean and comfortable.

Good area

Basic but clean place, great location for non tourist Prague Rooms facing road noisy But overall did what it said

We were very impressed with this aparthotel. The reception staff were the most helpful I've ever come across (and I've done a lot of travelling!). The room was spotless (as was everywhere we went in Prague), it was large, comfortable and warm and the bathroom was lovely, with a deep bath and a separate powerful shower. The continental breakfast had enough choice and was sufficient to start the day. The info said the hotel was 10 minutes from Wenceslas Square but it was actually a 20-25 minute...

Overall satisfaction.

A great stay at this hostel, staff were friendly and it was well kept. Nice kitchen facilities and they also have luggage storage. Excellent central location and also a nicely social hostel too

best

Lovely staff, very clean, the continental breakfast in the morning was great! Will definitely stay here again
