"We went for stag do and found that location wise it was perfect. The Breakfast wouldn't meet the standards for everyone but for what you pay there was no complaints. There are also plenty of alternative places within walking distance if you want to get food. We also visited Siam Park which is about a 10/15 minute walk from reception but be prepared as it's uphill.
The reception staff were great and polite and the pool was big and warm. It did look like they had some Childrens entertainment...

"Pleasantly surprised - we booked this as a last minute deal - we got a good deal - didn’t expect much with looking at the reviews.
The property was clean, could be better maintained.
You can only use the Al fresco bar for all inclusive food and drink which is annoying.
However, The food was great - no complaints.
Drinks were local brands but again no complaints.
The skybar was stunning and cocktails were ok.
The resort is in a fantastic location.

"Il s'agit d'appart hôtel avec tous les commerces dans le parc (bar, restaurant, supérette) et c'est top.
En plus à la réception, plusieurs personnes parlent Français et c'était bien pour nous."

"Great property, clean tidy and friendly. The apartment was big, ckean and basically a perfect stat. Lovely pool, nice and warm. Very well looked after. Was further from the town and the beach and up a steep hill which wasn't advertised or anticipated. Taxis are needed. Ither that a wonderful stay."

"Building work going on wasnt made aware at time of booking.
Was told by the arrogant man on reception building work is allowed to be carried out as they are private apartments, if i would have known my option would be to book elsewere,
Offered to move us on the last day of our holiday.
Work started at 8.30am on 3 days which was very loud, thankfully no work was done sat/sun, reported it 1st and 2nd day of our holiday basically reception wasnt bothered."

"Overall good stay - available parking even though very tight spots, great location really close to the strip and restaurants, big gym, spacious rooms and amenities. The bedding could've been cleaner and it seemed ridiculous to pay for beach towels and to play pool or table tennis, but overall good $$ for value."

"Wir hatten insgesamt eine solide Erfahrung im Hotel Pearly Grey mit einigen klaren Plus- und Minuspunkten.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut und die Lage praktisch – mit dem Auto ist man in ca. 15 Minuten in Costa Adeje. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der tolle Meerblick vom Balkon (Zimmer 208). Auch positiv: viele kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung und das gesamte Hotel ist rauchfrei.
Leider gab es auch einige Kritikpunkte: Der Check-in um 16:00 Uhr und Check-out um 10:00 Uhr sind eher...
