"It's a simple hotel without a lot of services, but it is clean, comfortable, and the staff is quite nice. Breakfast was very good, buffet style, with a good selection of breads, cold cuts, yogurt, and oatmeal, as well as scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon. Location is very practical, a 15 walk from the train station, 5 from lots of restaurants, and literally across the street from a shopping mall. It's also a 10 minute walk from the Phantasialand shuttle. If I return to the region I'll be booking...

"Our room was not a refurbished one. My bedside light was not working, flushing the toilet was not good, the shower had a problem the wash water stayed in, the towels very old and worn out, the TV set didn’t work, the changed it when I reported it though. The staff were polite but not experienced with international guests and their bank cards. We rushed to do whatever we needed to do before it went dark, because the lights were ever sooo dim. Otherwise ok!"
