"The staff at the Brit were extremely welcoming and the hotel room was clean and comfortable. Disappointed we were not able to have a hot drink in the room. Despite there being a kettle and tea/coffee they only provided small shot glasses for drinks which was extremely odd! There was also no fridge in the room which we needed to keep milk for our baby. One slight negative is that the receptionist was so overworked, and apparently without help, that she had to shut up the reception for at least 20 minutes in a busy time, leaving new arrivals waiting outside, while she attended to other business. On the other hand, the breakfast was very good."
