"This is a terrible property ... completely false advertising. NOT family friendly. For a family of 7, with 3 toddlers and 2 infants ... they made me reserve 2 suites as they claimed that we could not fit in one suite. While checking in, they said, ooops we made a mistake, yes you guys can all stain in one suite. When I asked about the refund for the second suite, they refused to even discuss it. "Great spot and location for touring and walking "

"Had a lovely stay at Katerina Island Hotel. Very peaceful and relaxing, but with the buzz of Rovinj just a 5 minute boat ride away. The hotel staff were pleasant, and helpful. The room was large and clean, although the shower was tiny and in need of some tlc Would definitely recommend this hotel, and Rovinj is a beautiful place. Wish we were back there now!!"

"It was our second time at Maistra Funtana. And we have already booked for next year, again. A very well organized and very good managed hotel. It should deserve at least 4*. Tasty food, clean and recently renovated rooms, a lovely pool kids pool and a nice beach with a lot of included sports offerings. Staff was always very nice and friendly - especially to both of our kids. Thank you Maistra Funtana team. See you next year! "

"Rented the penthouse and it was an absolutely amazing stay without any exaggeration. Lots of room, equipped kitchen, huge tv, hot tub, amazing view overlooking old town. Location was also great, free parking. And the pizza from the restaurant was also great. Could not ask for more!"
