"The property itself was great as far as there was a pub, a coffee shop, several restaurants, live music, etc. We didn’t like the beds. They were hard, as were the pillows. Also requested microwave that was not in room when we got there. They said it would be there that night, but it wasn’t. Had to ask again. Also had put some food in the refrigerator, to notice the next morning that the refrigerator wasn’t cold and had to throw the food out. No explanation for this, but the water in the shower...

"The staff was very nice and helpful however, you could tell they were just exhausted. The elevators rarely worked. At one point we were stranded and couldn’t get to the lobby unless you went out the back door and walked all the way around the building. The only working ice machine was on the 19th floor and you were really gambling making the trek up there as there was no guarantee that the elevator would work to bring you back down. The pool was nice, however one life guard wouldn't let the kids...

"The resort near the airport, so it is convinient to move but a little bit noisy. I checked in late so i have to live in the farest. The available pools are small. The plus one for resort is having the laundry room. No water or sthing to boil the water, "

"Booked a smoking room on mistake. They would not change it. Room was run down and headboard of bed was very dirty (oily handprints and grime). Paid extra to be poolside and the pool was filled with drunk, loud men partying till the pool closed. Didn't feel comfortable in a swim suit there. Won't stay her again."

"This was a cheap option that was available after a canceled flight. Only stayed one night, better than sleeping in the airport. Would not have stayed he longer! They had a shuttle to the airport. The airport shuttle is the reason we selected this option. However, this was the lowest quality of hotel that I've ever stayed at!"

"Our first time staying here and it was overall pretty good. It's off the strip so you avoid a lot of the traffic but close enough that you can still get there easily.
The monorail is a short walk from the hotel.
The staff was nice and helpful, they have a activity room with a pool table and even a photo booth.
The rooms are huge and have everything you can think of including a washer and dryer. It's literally like an apartment with a living room and separate sleeping area.
My only disappointment...

"It was just what we needed for a 1 night in Vegas to see a concert at the sphere. The entrance from outside smelled like sewer bc the man hole, it literally is in front of the entrance area of main lobby. You get whiffs of sewer smell. Not pleasant on a hot day especially. Saw some coach roaches outside near parking garage entrance. The breakfast onsite was the best part. It was convenient and good enough for what we needed. We did not have time to go to the pool but it seemed very small and...
