"This hotel does not have a tie-up with hotels.com and does not honor the reservation/confirmation from hotels.com. We reached the hotel only to be told that they do not have a tie-up with hotels.com or expedia. Fortunately, it was a 'Pay-at-Proeperty' reservation and hence did not lose any money. "I stopped over for 1 night en route to Varkala Beach. The hotel is very clean, the King Suite is very spacious. Rooftop bar and restaurant thoroughly recommended. Would stay again."

"Really sweet spot just off the beach up a commerce alley. Jishnu the host was very nice and helpful with getting comfortable. Hot shower if you want it - but I’ve learned to love taking cold showers here - and the bathroom was perfectly clean and well appointed. I will be back here at the Gypsy next year for sure."
