"This is my wife and I's favourite hotel, we love staying here, I think the cleaning staff do an amazing job, as the rooms are always clean and immaculate, topped up wit all the essentials, the, unsung heroes in my opinion! Some of the front of house team are the warmest and most welcoming, people I've ever met, I have say thank you to Maria for looking after us in such a high degree, she left us feeling we wished we could have stayed longer, which we will do next time because of her warmth and regards to us and her other guests, she deserves to be nurtured to growth and ... IBIS, you can't pay enough for what she gives your hotel and us, id also like a special mention, and share our appreciation to Gorsia{Manager}, in ore and appreciation of her enthusiasm, professionalism and work ethos, couldn't thank her enough for her attention to detail and all our needs. We enjoyed our breakfast, only thing I'd add is bring back the fried/poached eggs! "The property definitely has the WOW factor in terms of location and access to the Silverstone facilities. However dont go with any expectation of self catering, minimal facilities which dont include a basic toaster and less than adequate utensils. It appears there’s an assumption that you will eat at the restaurant which looks incredible but quite costly if there for evening meal and breakfast!"
