"Mouse poop on my bed, no one wore the wrist bands for the pool and no one watching their kids, hot tubs full of kids and Luke warm. Breakfast horrible and the cafe wasn’t open to order room service, no response from front desk. Honestly a horrible experience. Supposed to be a full service hotel and everything was horrible. "This is my third or fourth time staying here for early flights and to take advantage of the shuttle. It is very quiet, the room was spotless, check-in was seamless with a couple chocolate chip cookies to boot! I left early before breakfast so I can't speak to that. It was great to have both IHOP and TGIF directly connected for a choice of supper the night before."

"The staff was incredibly helpful in helping us get a last minute room for a big group. The suite we stayed in was perfect and incredibly spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was very good and had plenty of tables that were well spaced out. The night shift front desk worker and security guard were the best, he helped find us extra blankets and the security guard brought them all the way up to our room to drop them off for us. Would definitely come back!"

"The master lighting system is dangerous. Twice the lights went out while showering. Had to reach out for system to sense movement. Also hot water took over ten minutes (waiting naked at the shower entrance. Maybe because our room was the furthest possible from the elevators. AND bright lights come on when entering bathroom in the middle of the night. Super annoying and unnecessary with a nightlight installed. Breakfast buffet and attendant get all the stars."

"The shower was abysmal. Long dark hairs in the shower which definitely weren’t ours. The shower door kept sliding open unless you wedged something in it. Which is apparently a well known problem by the staff. The ironing board literally fell apart. The iron left some kind of weird residue on my dress, probably because it either hasn’t been properly cleaned in a while or it doesn’t have distilled water in it or both. The desk staff are very nice though. They were the best part of the stay."

"The property was well maintained, it’s right off a major highway, and close proximity to local businesses for entertainment. The staff were friendly all around.
