"This is a nice property with great staff. However there were some issues to be aware of. The first two nights I had a room with a very hard bed. One of those nights there was no hot water. It was explained that there was a large group that stayed and that the boiler just couldn’t keep up. Understandable, however I was moved to another room and one night hot shower.
