"The hotel stay was excellent, my whole family of 4 (2 adults + 2 teens) loved this hotel. We booked a studio room (double bed and a bunk bed). Room was very clean with a small kitchen area, dining table and a sofa.
It is close to ski station and many eateries within walking distance.

"We stayed 4 nights in July 2024. The apartment (217) was clean, hade everything we needed and had a beatuifum view of the mountains from the balcony. The common swimming pool area was also nice and clean with a play room and washing facilities.
We experienced very easy and good communication with the reception desk and the personell there. We had a problem with a wasp nest and they took it very serious, managed to remove it and the management even gave us a compensation for the trouble we...

"We absolutely loved our stay here. Everyone was very kind and helpful … we came to ski as first timers and had no idea where to go…but they helped us through it! You can walk right to one mountain and then take a bus to the other… the bus stop is right up the street.
Breakfast and dinner were also amazing..very Austrian! We loved it! Would definitely return to this sweet place."

"I booked my room with a prepaid rate. Having already booked, I was told that there would be no one on reception to receive me so I would have to go to their sister hotel to receive my key. This turned out to be a 15 minute walk away, hugely irritating as I arrived after dark in a new town by taxi.
