"The room is modern. I expected 2 queen beds, but i got 4 single bed. And the one of spring bed is broken. The breakfast is excellent for Thai people which is understandable by many Thai guests."

Just don't expects any fancy facilities. You paid for a room and a room is all you're getting. The hotel is in a neighborhood so there's not much to do in the vicinity.
