"The room was very Clean, all features as described. The aircondition was not working properly. No smart TV... Only Satellite program with ca. 9 croatian programs. No elevator with ancient stairs, but charming historical building at the heart of the city. Don't expect to find parking anywhere close."

Located in the picturesque town of Fazana just in the right size with a very good beach, near Brijuni and with a lot of really good restaurant (such as La Bodega). "Apartment terrible. Shower wasn't cleaned properly for ages. Bathroom door had water damage. Tv rather than stay in the bedroom it was in the tiny kitchen. We can barely move in there No wifi service on the room just public areas. Our on internet didn't work there. Our kid couldn't lay down to watch tv in bed because the tv is in the kitchen wall. Principal door handle doesn't work properly. Spider web around the apartment. Damaged walls ... We took pictures to share. Air-conditioner not...

"Great self-catering apartment in a quiet street a short walk to the town centre. Close to a large supermarket and adjacent to a friendly bar with a good selection of drinks. It can be slightly noisy particularly on Friday & Saturday but the apartment shutters effectively cut down the noise to a low murmur. There is a sitting area outside in a small private garden. "

"We stayed as a family in the middle of August. We had a nice one-bedroom apartment on the first floor with everything we needed. A/C was working fine and we had access to the pool in the nearby hotel, which was nice since the beach was superbusy. Overall a good place, and we had a good time, though it was lacking some charm.
