"It was very cold and our room had no heating, they did supply us with a heater which promptly broke down, they did very kindly offer us dinner on the house, which we accepted. The hotel itself is a little tired and although it has been partially upgraded it still needs a lot of refurbishing to bring it up to an acceptable standard."

"Stayed just for 1 night having stayed the same time last year. Staff were superb, friendly and welcoming, they acknowledged they remembered us! We noticed the small touches like the amenity kit in the room containing toothpaste, razor etc etc - just about anything you'd have forgotten! "Really peaceful place to stay, there was everything we needed in the cottage, i had to ring the host as tv wasnt working for us and the host arrived in about 10 mins to sort out. Weather wasnt the best when we where there, so it was nice and cosy staying in. I would recommend this cottage as we where very comfortable there "

"We loved the apartment. Great location, spotlessly clean and really modern. Great communications from Dana. Breakfast was included and really excellent. The lady (with glasses) who served us was the friendliest, most helpful and efficient person who we have encountered on the entire trip. What an absolutely lovely person she is.
