"Horrible place. The rooms are dingy, dark and dirty. Carpets are old and have an awful odor. There is no AC (bad during a heatwave! The restroom was disgusting. My family and I checked in and when we opened the door to the room, it was evident that they didn’t even bother cleaning it. There was even a leftover towel with who knows what human excrement on it! "This property was listed as a 3 bdrm 4 bath with a/c when I rented. When that was not the case, the company was not accommodating at all. The temp in the house was in the 80s and they promised fans but that took two days to get. There were bugs and cobwebs, nails sticking out of porch and non existent WiFi. Management only cares about money and not customers or condition of unit. They have since changed their listing but refusing to compensate us even though we left as soon as we could find...

"Aweful stay, the alarm went off when we were there and it took 2-3 hours before we got help, waiting in a phone line for hours. The provided code to the apartment did not work and later there was a poweroutage, why we opted to leave the place earlier than planned, because there was not way of reaching the owners with no internet, phone service.
