"I booked Executive Double Room, River View which is the top room in this hotel. They checked me in for Superior Twin Room, City View in LVL 13, when I backed to them and asked, they pretended that they do not understand English. Surprisingly changed my room with one of my friends translation help to a room in LVL 16 not as described in size of 132sqm, a very small room. "

"The credit point that I offered just in few minutes ago is opposite; the credit ranking here is correct this time. However, the comment about my staying experience is real based on my recent stays in end-July 2013; this is not a right hotel to stay for business travelers."
