"Had a good stay hotel staff very friendly and nice, bar staff very unfriendly namely the food and beverage supervisor seemed like he didn’t want to be there standing behind the bar and not serving customers or picking and choosing who to serve first needs to be retrained on customer service and be more welcoming. This happened on the 15/8/25 and I think it could be a reason the bar was quiet at that time."

"Really loved this hotel. Had a suite for 5 nights and took advantage of the kitchenette, the laundry (midpoint of our trip so clothes needed a refresh) and the comfort of having a separated living, dining and sleeping space. Especially liked the milk bottle in the room you could get refilled for your tea or coffee! Hotel was clean and well kept. "Traveled with a group of friends for a concert. We loved this hotel. Clean, quiet, spacious rooms. The staff were helpful and friendly. The location was perfect - so close to shopping and pubs. It was also so close to CHSq - it made our night out easy and fun. "

"This hotel is nestled in a quiet area of Belfast but within walking distance to bars, restaurants, shops etc. We had a relaxing overnight stay with great food in The Greyhound bar. Staff very courteous & pleasant in all areas of hotel. Breakfast was excellent also with plenty to choose from as well as other items which can be ordered off the menu. We will definitely visit here again. "

"I originally picked this hotel based on its proximity to the central train station, which was only a 7-minute walk away. I was not expecting a kitchenette! This hotel will likely be my favourite during my three-week vacation. I wished I had stayed more than two nights! When I come back to Belfast, this is the hotel I will book again! "We were so impressed by this hotel. Fabulous room, very comfortable and spacious. The pool was great but mostly it was the welcoming and accommodating staff who made our visit so special. They were so helpful. We got room service instead of eating in the restaurant and it was fabulous. The Operations Manager who was on firing the evening of our visit made it such an easy process and the food was delicious. "
