"The room has a beautiful view of the ocean and Mount Etna. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and went the extra mile to help us. The swimming pool by the ocean is beautiful, though the water temperature in April was too cold to swim in. Buffet breakfast included a large variety of foods. The property seems a bit aged but we are 100% satisfied with the cleanliness of our room. "

"I stayed at the Ariston Hotel for two nights and, unfortunately, my experience was disappointing overall.
The hotel is very difficult to access, especially by car. The parking area is quite hard to reach, and navigating within the hotel itself is unnecessarily complex. Moving between different areas can be confusing and inconvenient.
The reception staff, in several instances, did not seem adequately prepared to assist guests or handle requests efficiently. This negatively impacted the overall...

"Staff were very helpful and welcoming. We arrived late and they helped us to park our car temporarily in a tight spot outside the hotel until the valet could come and pick it up in the morning.
Excellent breakfast. Great location with a short walk to the historic centre.
Bed was very comfortable.
Our room window looked out on a rock wall with plants and so was a bit dark."

"Beautiful hotel and location with everything anticipated and taken care of. The breakfast was the best we had and the staff were delightful. They have a place in front for you to stop and unload and offer valet parking which was great. Go and eat at Trattoria di Nino right next door as is exceptional."
