Overall really nice place, well located next to the cathedral and square. Room was perfect for what i needed, bathroom and shower lovely and the virtual receptionist was very cool

The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful at all times

The only issues we had was that the buzzer went off in a different flat to ours so we had to call each other to get let in. We also couldn't get the WiFi to connect to the TV. Apart from that it was great and we'd happily stay again.

Very well run hotel. We will go again.

Excellent friendly staff. Great atmosphere. Lovely room and fantastic breakfast

Great hotel and theme park. Lots of magical touches and ideal location. We took advantage of early access then took a break during the peak time and returned early evening which meant we barely had to queue for rides.

Great hotel. Room was great . Service at the restaurant slow. Great breakfast buffet.

Staff couldn't be nicer and more helpful - there was an issue with the breakfast the first morning, which they sorted in no time. Attentive, asking my daughter about her adventures and generally nice and very welcoming! The hotel room was big enough for my daughter to be able to do cartwheels in the living room, bed in the bedroom was big and comfortable, walk-in shower very pleasant and there was a fancy no-touch light on the mirror with different functions.
