Stay was during the hot wave in Europe, 40degrees during the day, still very hot at night and they accommodated them in a room room without A/C (although when my Mom asked, they told her some rooms have A/C). Paying equivalent of 300 USD per night on a regular weekday, one would expect room with A/C. Besides that, road works started just under their window at 6am. "My room was fine, with a nice spacious bathroom. The room overlooked the inner courtyard atrium, so it didn’t have natural light or a view. There were a couple of maintenance issues which I reported, and they were resolved quickly."
