The food was great, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We also did a trekking tour organized by them, which turned out to be a wonderful experience. "Very friendly staff who helped us with all our transport needs. The room was spacious and kept clean. Breaakfast was either buffet or served at table depending on how many people were staying at the hotel. There was a nice pool. The hotèl is up a steep hill but we knew about this, so didn't find it a problem, but you can always get a tuk tuk. Ideal for access to the lake and centre of town."
