"Checking in and out was a HORRIBLE experience. The hotel claimed we did not have a reservation even after giving them the booking number. I had to call the hotel.com office to sort out the entire mess. Upon check out, the hotel claimed non paynent even after viewing the receipts that stated 'paid'. Once again the hotle.com office had to be called. But the hotel itself would not answer their phone. The front desk has alot to learn about customer service. "

"They said they couldn't find our reservation , we woke up to the room door opened, the only thing keeping the door from being wide open was the lock chain. In the morning, they told us they had not received payment from hotels.com and they made us pay again. "

"The hotel is lovely and modern. The rooms are big. The breakfast is terrible and it’s available for 1 person even if you book the room for two people. The breakfast was so poor, I mean 3 slice of bread, egg and a sachet of chocolate drink and milk. Another option is custard and Akara, I don’t think these breakfast options are suitable for someone with a longer duration of stay."

"The staff was amazing and accommodating they made sure that I was ok. The restaurant at the hotel however was out of alot of ingredients and made me wait some times. But I would stay at hotel again we forgot something and they contacted us immediately "
