"The location was great! However the entire hotel is under construction which really defeated the purpose of booking this hotel. It wasn’t pretty. Loud noise. And the rooms/hallways were badly painted and structured. However like mentioned, location was too. Staff was okay. "

"Clean, spacious, modern and you get alot for what you pay. I did have free drinks with expedia but I wish Ki space would have more options for the free drinks since I don’t drink alcohol. Please include the coffee at least otherwise every thing was spot on especially if ur planning to go to disney. The shuttle was late but that’s okay it was a busy day."

"This hotel was in a great location. The room was large by Europe standards. The pull out bed was not very comfortable but for a short stay it worked. Staff was wonderful and extremely nice. Would stay again "

"Great location in terms of transport to and from the park and secluded from busy areas. Staff are great. The shuttle bus service is very good and buffet breakfast much needed for the busy days ahead. Rooms are nice and tidy with the bathrooms starting to show their age but completely usable and clean. "Building and area was great, internet easy to connect, and we appreciated the welcome wine, luggage hold room and free laundry, $3 for 3 cofee pods..I think its overrated. In the appartment there was no instructions for the appliances in french could not use the oven/ microwave/ stove. Overall 4 star."

"Very mixed experience.. arrival the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and the staff at breakfast were fantastic! However, our room had a funny smell to it on arrival. The staff charged our toddler for a meal (she’s two and didn’t take more than two bites of food) and the indoor pool was freezing. "
