So peaceful and tranquil, beautiful

The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable and really liked the old school fittings in the bathroom. During our stay the staff were happy, friendly and very helpful.

nice staff, studio for 3 has one uncomfortable extra bed (but they provided an extra matras on top of it), breakfast is good, no hot food (egg, bacon, hot milk), the noise of the street nearby is well kept out. close to the hop-on-hop-off busline and other busses to the centre. supermarket in 5-10 min walk.

It was easy to get to the hotel for a one-night stay whilst travelling from Pisa airport to the south of Italy. The room was well laid out, clean and had all the facilities we needed for the stay. We were informed about the air-conditioning being managed from the reception area if we wanted it changed. It was convenient to have somewhere to eat across the road as we arrived after 7pm. It was quiet during the night. Breakfast was good with a variety of options. The only minus was discovering a...

One night’s stay at Fattoria for me, my husband and our 17 year old. The hotel is geared up for a family who love their activities - a full timetable of events, football, tennis, a mini farm and 3 pools. The main pool area was lovely, with a well-stocked pool bar. One thing worth noting, as is sometime the Italian way, this hotel has swimming caps as compulsory. My 17 yr old was not impressed. I think this should be made clear on the website as he did not go in the pool as a result!! (I bought a...

Everything is good. Nice staff and excellent service. Spa area is clean and versatile

Great location. Extremely helpful staff, good breakfast

Fantastic location and the restaurant is wonderful as well!

Beautiful property in a lovely setting overlooking the marina. Great room with excellent facilities. Restaurant options on site are very good. An ideal base to chill out whilst in Tuscany.

The property seemed very new and was very clean and spacious. We did have a room with a terrace but being December and in the middle of a storm we didnt get to use it but I'd imagine it would be lovely on a nice warm evening. It is overlooked by high rise buildings so not private. We felt very welcome on arrival and were shown how to use the facilities. The rooms are above a restaurant which even though they had a party that evening we didn't hear much noise and very local to the main streets...

Very relaxing spa hotel. If you use all the spa facilities, they are really quite good. But lack of staff assistance and info meant I didn't even discover some of the excellence until leaving. I even enjoyed the foot spa, only once, 4 pools red hot, blue cold. very bland when the taps are not adding jacuzzi effect and the taps only come on at random times. We did not realise the spa shower had interesting features (like warm trickle). I had a Massage from Gaia.... It was 5*...cannot fault! but...

The caravan was cosy but functional, especially with the eating area outside. The air conditioning was really appreciated for sleeping, and the windows had mosquito nets on. We took our own mosquito net and used it outside, around the table, to avoid being bitten in the evenings. Camp site services were excellent - shop, restaurant, ice cream kiosk and bike rental.
