Very welcoming host. Beautiful property. Excellent facilities. Spacious and comfortable. Enjoyed using bbq and hot tub. 30 minutes walk into centre. Perfect

This was a base for us to explore Rotorua and nearby during a 3 day visit. Nice hotel that was really central, just a few minutes walk to restaurants, a supermarket and shopping centre and most of the tour companies were in the next street. We had a nice balcony and a hot tub.

The Braeside delivered exactly what it said on the tin. Not fancy, no airs and graces but clean, welcoming and well equipped. Our room(s) were spacious, the bed comfortable and our suite had a well equipped kitchen The site also offered a laundry and an excellent Restraunt, yes a little pricey but the food was plentiful and extremely well prepared . The hosts made us feel genuinely welcome and after a long day on the road that counts for a lot. We also liked the animals in the adjacent...

Lovely hotel in a great location. Would recommend.

Lake side rooms with amazing views and a lovely decking in this small boutique guest house

Really nice hotel, conveniently located near Te Pua geothermal park. We all loved the room, which was perfect for a family of 4. The breakfast was really good with lots of varieties and really tasty. The special addition was the outdoors heated pool which we all loved and wish we could stay longer to enjoy.

Excellent location near the waterfront and within minutes walk from Eat Street. Spacious rooms and good facilities. Staff were excellent. Would highly recommend. Free parking and two on site mineral spa's and heated outdoor pool.

Lovely owner, great clean rooms with everything you could need. Have stayed a couple times already

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay. The staff were friendly and the location was great. My husband enjoyed being able to attend a local gym (off site) free of charge every morning of our stay. That was a great bonus.

Great check-in, friendly welcome and great for kids with plenty of things to do local within 10mins drive. Definitely stay again 👍

Michelle, the Hotel Manager made all the difference to our stay there. She was so involved and helpful about our trip. Very good advice, helped us in a lot of things. She also took the trouble of checking and ensuring the rest of the trip after Rotorua was all planned well and helped us take care of a couple of issues that we might have faced. Any body would easily mistake her to be the Owner there. Great Job Michelle!!! The room, beds, everything else was good. Though its a little old...

We only stayed one night, it was a lovely clean, comfortable, modern room. The staff were helpful & delightful. Breakfast was lovely. This was great value for money. The only minor issue was the room could do with a long mirror.

The staff were great, l also appreciated the location, hot tubs and room facilities. A good restaurant menu at reasonable prices and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The only improvements would be for one of the pools to be heated and better TV channel coverage but neither spoilt our stay.

Everything you would want from a holiday park

Clean, warm welcome, small swimming pool, fridge, AC that works. Right by thermal baths , which are well worth a visit. Lots of eateries nearby. Hotel bar. Self serve laundry.

Nice staff and good amenities
