"The apartment was cozy, had everything we needed, in a great location and very nice. The staff was incredible and incredibly helpful and went above and beyond. They even provided laundry services, and help with various things. "

"This property is located close to the airport but far away from any tourist destinations. Very expensive to get from the property to Kigali city. Many moto taxi don't know how to get there.. "

"We had a terrible experience with this place!
1. We had NO WiFi for the entire stay; we had to purchase our own wireless modem from MTN for 45000 FRW ($35). We should be refunded for this!
2. We found ants in the apartment and we reported it, but it took the staff 2 DAYS to finally do something about it!
3. We found the apartment missing kitchen utensils (no plate, no forks, no spoons); we complained several times and we were finally given these items on day 4!
