"This is such an old building. The strong stench in the hallway of mold and cigarettes. Furniture in rooms is so old, window curtains are stained and the beds are very uncomfortable. The dining hall has dated and dirty furniture. "

Restaurant furniture was very old, cracked, broken covering, food served at buffet was cold. Simply had to look for napkins/tissue papers where staff did not care about guest Hotel definitely not 5 star. Will not stay there in future"

"Booked 4 rooms for 3 nights. pre-paid and 1 room for 4 nights. One guest who arrived early had to move rooms because of condition of 1st, then the hotel boiler failed resulting in loss of hot water throughout hotel and restaurant was temporary pending refurb. The rest of us didnt even bother going and we all moved to the excellent Melia for our extended stay."
