"The receptionist at check-in was amazing. The room was lovely. The restaurant was okay but nothing amazing. The location was off the beaten track but that suited me. A lovely place to relax for an afternoon."

"Beautiful hotel and lovely staff. Plasencia is abit of a dump but this hotel is a wonderful oasis. We stayed with our dogs. They had a big bed and bowls and nibbles welcoming them. We had a stunning suite. Loved our stay there"

"A really nice relaxing place with a personal check-in. The rooms are large and nicely furnished. There is a very useful communal kitchen shared between the 3 rooms to help yourself to cheese, fruit, bread, tea and coffee. There is a bar that serves food one minute away. Overall highly recommended"

"Great choice at breakfast both fresh and freshly cooked. Almost everything homemade. The building has been converted to a really elegant hotel. The garden is a real bonus."

"The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. Parking was fine. Staffwere friendly and helpful. We didn't use the pool. The town was nearby and great to explore. "
