"Very friendly welcome and pleasant room. However the noise from the lift was very unwelcome and went on until midnight. We were in room 41 first after reception and also had noise from other guests as they passed our door. Otherwise a very nice hotel and lovely buffet dinner and breakfast."

There are 10 different spas and 2 pools- inside and outside which our kids loved! The room is very nice with comfortable beds. Our teenagers stayed upstairs with 2 beds and we were downstairs. "I really enjoyed staying here but I didn’t quite feel like I got my money’s worth. If you go make sure you check the hours of the restaurant and amenities. Also the wifi doesn’t work very well. "

"First impressions were slightly underwhelming, but ignore those, the hotel is excellent and the staff are great. The food was wonderful and the pool was lovely. To swim and watch kites and eagles overhead is a rare pleasure and now a glorious memory. Criticisms - the room tended to get quite hot and there is public transport but it’s a bit of a walk away, but those a minor criticisms. On the main question - would I go back? Yes. Gladly.
