My only complaint was that the pool chairs photographed were not set up even though it was a warm May weekend but perhaps these are only set up in the summer. "

"This was not a genuine 4 star Hotel. It was dated with problems with the bathroom etc - sink not draining etc Parking was absurd. 30 minutes notice required to get your car for 30 euro. We paid nearly $350 Australian a night which was ridiculous for the Hotel quality. It was not NH standard nor 4 star standard. I am regular stayer at NH Hotels & generally find them good but not this one. The stay has me seriously rethinking using Expedia going forward. You can see from my spending with Expedia I am good regular user & never complain. But with this stay I feel very short changed "
