"We arrived at the hotel/apt and there was no room for us. We were sent 10 min away by csr to another apt, but it was under construction. That location also did not provide breakfast, which we had paid for. We were promised a full refund but it has not been issued after 5 days and hotels.com has been unhelpful with the situation. I would not work with any of these actors again. Really bad business: don't provide the paid-for service and then delay the refund. "

"Lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Palermo. Lots of great restaurants/bars a short walk away; shopping; craft markets and an easy trip to other popular areas and the local Jorge Newbury airport. Great breakfast. Reception staff couldn’t be more helpful esp in booking taxis to /from the airports. I’ve been returning there for years. "

"We had issues with the keys or and not abler get into the room for about 3 hours. Manager was not available until 2 hours into the incident. This happened at 10:30 pm and I was unable to get into the room until 2:00 am."

"The hotel is located in Palermo Hollywood and plenty of restaurants, cafes around. In BA it’s super easy to get around by bus but you have to know which stop to get off because there’s no announcement. There are plenty of bussed around and you can cake subway line D to get to places. The hotel is clean and has everything you need. Breakfast buffet is great from 7am to 11am. The front desk staff is super helpful and friendly; and they speak excellent English. They gave us many recommendations and they are wonderful. "
