"Recently renovated so rooms look like new. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Only did be and breakfast so explored local restaurants and bars which are 15 minutes walk away."

"We booked this hotel planning to spend time around the pool as depicted. There was no pool as it is being rebuilt. There is no warning of this whatsoever in the hotel description. The staff at breakfast were not at all helpful when ordering or simply asking for basics like milk. Sorry but this isn’t a quality hotel. "

"Die Unterkunft liegt schön ruhig, das Zimmer war bei Ankunft sauber geputzt, während des Aufenthaltes so lala. Es lag 2 Tage lang ein abgerissenes Stück des Putzlappens in der Dusche und der Deckel des Bidet staubte vor sich hin.
Das Essen war ok, dürfte am Abend für das Geld aber etwas mehr sein.
Geärgert hat uns dass wir vor der Buchung wegen des Balkones nicht aufgepasst hatten. Es war leider keiner, eher ein Erker mit einem halben Meter Wäscheseil. Sowas sollte nicht als Balkon...

"Our room had a lovely beach view. I paid for a superior room how the room needed upgraded. The public areas such as pools, bars, reception have all been upgraded and look great but the rooms need some tlc.
The breakfast buffet was great selection and good quality.
The only issue was the queues for drinks at the bar, not enough staff to accommodate the amount of people staying at hotel. We stayed here 3 weeks ago with less occupancy and there was more staff working in bar. I am sure this will...

"Well laid out spacious room. Lovely comfy chairs. Great view of golf and towards the coast. Spa was fantastic. Nice pool area. Good quality breakfast. Room attendants extremely efficient and friendly."

"Superior hotel far better than I could possibly have expected. With excellent staff, especially the very sweet ladies helping the karaoke along ( and other events like quiz night). There was one glaring exception: the night reception person (and yes, there is only one) who likes to argue at 5am in the morning and then blames me for arguing back. "Tipico hotel casposo y masificado con publico regulero.
El buffet tiene probablemente la peor comida que he comido.
Por decir algo bueno, las habitaciones estan bien y la ubicacion del hotel es buena.

"Hot tub have to pay for and make a booking. Limitee availability, and it didnt work.
Hotel was nice apart from wasnt prepared. Checkin took an age, she didnt know what to do. English level was low.
Bath water was full of sand and whirpool was broken. Could be a noce hotel if they fixed everything first.
Bed was comfy. Location on the outskirts, 20 min walk from main area . No parking available. "
