"Clean room, friendly staff, close to restaurants and can get uber easily but the bus and subway stations are closeby. The free breakfast was amazing and the views were great. Just hoping the room would have been bigger but we did have 3 large luggages with us"

"It’s an ok hotel. It’s clean and well located. Do I feel like it’s a four star, not really, more like a well maintained three star. If you’re looking for guests services and amenities this isn’t the place for you because there aren’t any. The elevators despite having three are extremely slow, in busy period you can wait 5/10 minutes. Rooms are clean but basic and the air conditioning whilst modern is weak so the room is very hot even on 15c. I probably wouldn’t stay at this property again for more than a night or two."

"This hotel is not in Myeongdong which I liked. It is about 1km walk away from busy shopping area but very close to public transport and has many eating options nearby. The hotel suite was clean and spacious for central Seoul with washing machine and dryer. It has kitchen facilities but only had two plates and two forks. Overall excellent place to stay, and I would happily come back here"

"Absolutely fantastic hotel! I have stayed here four times now. The staff are amazing. There was a slight issue with one of our electrical sockets in the bathroom, and within a few hours while we were gone, it was completely fixed, like it never happened. The hotel location is perfect, especially for first timers in Korea. The hotel is safe, clean, spacious, and has amazing views. The GS25 store is super convenient, and the manager there is always so kind! The cleaning staff are also so helpful and sweet. The only complaint I have is that the hotel room got super hot. I understand that hotels in Korea do not turn on AC during winter, and you can only open the window for cool air. Usually this works just fine during our winter stays, however, this time we stayed from March 20-April 6. The AC was only turned on during the second half of our stay. Our room was 86F/30C one day! While I still highly recommend this hotel, be sure to bring a small desk fan, especially if you are staying during late winter/early spring. Other than the temperature, this hotel has always been a favorite of mine!"
