"We stayed 7 nights and it was first in this hotel in Bad Gastein. Very professional and helpful staff in reception with good advices on sightseeing, dining and travelling. We were pleased with kitchen facilities, that we used mainly for breakfast and for finishing a day with a glass of wine. The spa was excellent, after 15-20 km hike it was such a pleasure to relax in saunas. The hotel had a transfer that we used upon leaving which was convenient with heavy luggage. "This has to be one of the best accommodations we have ever stayed. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by a great big smile and enthusiasm from Werner. He was so welcoming and friendly we instantly felt at home. Also their included breakfast was the best we have ever had. It is a short stroll to the lake and all its beauty and excellent restaurants. We will recommend this place to everyone and if we ever return we will definitely stay there again but for a longer period. "

"Wir waren nur zwei Nächte vor Ort , aber von der Unterkunft begeistert. Die Lage war toll, das Personal sehr freundlich, die Kinder haben das Spielzimmer geliebt (gerade die Möglichkeit für Xbox und PlayStation) und das Schwimmbad war auch sehr schön und vor allem warm. Das nächste Mal bleiben wir gerne länger. "

"L'hotel è molto confortevole, il ristorante è di buon livello, colazioni ottime ed abbondanti. Le camere sono spaziose. La zona benessere è riservata agli adulti (ottima cosa) mentre l'area piscine è aperta anche ai più piccoli. E' un Family Hotel quindi ci sono un sacco di bambini. Il comprensorio sciistico è proprio davanti all'Hotel e le piste da sci sono fantastiche."

"The pillows and beds were very uncomfortable. The furniture setting seemed to be an afterthought. One of the sconce light fixtures was directly above where your pillow goes, and kept hitting my head on it. The sofa next to the bed is too large, and seems unnecessary, with a set of bunk beds in the space. The bathroom was nice, clean and large. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The amenities at the main hotel (spa), were great. "

"The hotel is in a lovely spot. We booked a room with the mountain view but enjoyed a fantastic view of the lake while eating a delicious breakfast. You could describe the room as modern classy, comfortable bed, nice lighting gadgets and a spacious shower. The staff was incredibly friendly during our check in and check out. We even got a small gift for our departure. While we did not use it, there is also a Tesla destination charger. Overall, highly recommend the hotel! "
