"Wunderschöne Suites mit unglaublich freundlichem und hilfsbereiten Personal :)! Wir waren eine Woche dort und es war alles top. Sehr leckeres Frühstücksbuffet, das lediglich für Veganer leider etwas eingeschränkt war. Auf Nachfrage gabs jedoch Mandelmilch, somit war Obstsalat und Porridge möglich :). Saubere, große Zimmer und ein sehr schöner Pool zum Entspannen. Am letzten Tag haben wir dort noch 2 Stunden nach Checkout verbracht, bis wir zum Flughafen mussten und sobald wir lagen, wurde uns...

"C’est un excellent hôtel avec une vue magnifique, un personnel super agréable et accueillant. C’est un hôtel pour relaxation totale et apaisant. Le petit déjeuné est correct rien de plus. Si vous voulez Thira à pied ou à disposition une navette gratuite en fin d’après midi. Je le recommande pas de déception. "

"The resort like hotel is right on the sea front with volcano view, big rooms and bathroom, balcony, staff was excellent especially Christina and then the breakfast was good with fresh eggs to order and the staff there was very efficient and courteous. They extended our check out till 2.30 and didn't charge extra...the gym and games rooms were nice too...overall a great place to stay very close to Fira and I would love to go back there

"We had already stayed at the Nous Hotel in Santorini in October 2023 and were completely satisfied at the time. That is exactly why we decided to book the hotel again for 5 nights during our trip in May 2026. Unfortunately, upon arrival we quickly realized that not much was left of the hotel we had experienced in 2023.
Overall, the hotel no longer feels well maintained – at least not at the level one would expect from a 5-star hotel. In many areas, it feels like costs are being cut. One example...

"This hotel was impeccable. The staff was absolutely amazing. Very kind, helpful and accommodating.
The breakfast buffet was delicious and the restaurant within the hotel was extraordinary.
We stayed in the Niki Villa. The views of the caldera were breathtaking. The hot tub on the upper deck of the unit was perfect to wind down at night after long days of exploring the island. "Best resort I have ever stayed in! Extremely attentive, kind, and accommodating staff. Breakfast was fantastic with many options. They treated us so special as we celebrated our dad’s birthday. They have a free shuttle to Fira and the beach which was so helpful. Rooms are very clean! 10/10 would recommend and we will be returning."
