"Firstly, it's a 5min walk from the train station. But the station is extremely far to get to the city. It is very hard to find the entrance of the apartment. Once you find it (try walking around outside A11 mall / Aeon mall to find the entrance) Counter guy seems to be in a sleepy bad mood. Have to argue with him that i already book from this website before he look into it. "Service from the staff was top-notch, everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful. Special mention to: lady at check-in desk was very helpful and patient, room service staff paid great attention to detail. Self-service laundry is appreciated - however the payment system only works for locals (even though we had an Alipay account set up), so this could be improved. Also, the armchair/sofa in our rooms were stained and probably should be properly steam cleaned or even re-upholstered for a hotel of this price."

"The hotel is a bit aged. The check in was quick and professional. The lady who checked us in was attentive and gave us quite a lot of information. The amenities and facilities were average. There were (i) sauna, (ii) steam room, (iii) warm water pool, and (iv) a smaller water pool in the locker room. However, there is no hanger to hang towels around the water pools. Also, the smaller water pool is filled with room temperature water, so it kind of frustrated the purpose of it (I was expecting a cold water plunge to jump into after sauna). Each user is also only allocated one towel. I would expect a 5-star hotel to put more towels around, so people can switch towels after each use of the sauna / steam room. The Chinese restaurant on fifth floor was pretty good."
