"We came from the United States to visit the family in Shenzhen, and staying in this hotel. We had a great time and enjoyed the time very much. The hosts were very warm & friendly. Breakfast is best. Absolutely wonderful place. High recommended. "

"Mandarin Oriental is well located between BiJia Mountain and Lianhua Mountain, with walkways directly into both recreational parks. The air quality is superb and the restaurants within the Upper Hills shopping center are also highly recommended by the locals. The Hotel lobby is located on the 78th floor and the reception and guest service staff are outstanding! I have also become a fan of MO as a result of this stay, as the quality of service and the standards they hold are definitely first...
