"The hotel is beautiful, the staff is welcoming and helpful, and it is perfectly located for walkable journeys in all directions. Vieux Lyon is close by. There are markets on both the Rhône and the Saône. You can see the Basilica of Notre-Dame de Fourvière from the hotel, and it’s situated right on Place Bellecour. "Beautiful hotel in perfect location. Walking distance from all the sights, sounds and cuisine that Lyon has to offer.
Concierge services went above and beyond (shout out to Julliette and all).
I seldom order room service on vacations but I am so glad I took advantage this time. The breakfast was both delicious and very generous. Also ordered dinner one evening and was thrilled with the food and the quick service. Highly recommended indulgence!"

"Hotel itself is beautiful. Pool and amenities as advertised. Staff are well trained, professional, and very friendly.
The room fit and fondue do not reflect the price - layouts are quite strange, ie. no sink on the same floor as the toilet and shower. And Bring your own mattress because the beds are exceptionally uncomfortable.
Location would be the main reason to stay "
