"Wir kamen um 2 Uhr nachts an das Zimmer war nicht bezogen es dauerte 1 Stunde bis das Zimmer fertig gemacht wurde! Keine Handtücher keine Seife nichts,kein Bett für die Kinder ! Personal, Sauberkeit, essen 0 Sterne! Dieses Hotel ist leider nichts für den Europäer nur für Einheimische! Die Anlage an sich ist wirklich sehr schön aber der Schein täuscht! Wer jeden Tag ,dass selbe essen möchte bzw. Reste vom Vortag ist hier richtig! Wir mussten jeden Abend 25 Kilometer raus fahren um auswärts zu...

It's a little ways from the downtown area, but no more than a 5 min tok tok ride. The best part of our stay in El Gouna was our Nayah Stays host, Asmaa. "We have booked the hotel through expedia . At reception they didn't let us to check in. They didn't accept our booking or confirmed voucher. The cancel the reservation and must pay in the new rate which is double price. We called expedia agent 3 hours international phone calls trying to find a way to have our rome with same paid and confirmed price. Even our handy cap poy status couldn't help. After 3 hours we bekame all very sick so we paid the high amount to get in the 3 rooms we booked. Now...
