Ao chegar, encontramos um hotel visivelmente antigo e mal conservado. O quarto apresentava problemas sérios. O chuveiro não aquecia adequadamente, a descarga do banheiro não funcionava bem e a porta do box estava emperrada. Solicitamos manutenção, mas nada foi resolvido. A limpeza também deixou muito a desejar. Meu filho chegou a passar mal após a limpeza...
