"We arrived at the hotel a little bit early and the room was not quite ready but there was also an elevator issue: it wasn't working and walking up 4 flights with luggage, or without, was not workable. To compensate the hotel offered us a room on the 2nd floor, was just as nice as the top floor room, and they included breakfast in the price. "Nina at the front desk was the nicest woman in Paris! She gave us loads of good advice and greeted us each and every time with a big smile. She genuinely looked like she enjoyed her job. All the staff at the hotel we friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, had a super good espresso machine and refrigerator which were great bonus.
