"Fishing themed"

"It is a very nice looking hotel and very clean, but if you get placed in a room on the alleyway plan on being woken up extremely early by businesses, trash trucks and every other sort of noise that can go through there. It was our honeymoon and they refused to move us rooms either. Our AC went out twice. It was very disappointing given how highly rated the hotel was."

"With no staff on site there was no way to get my questions answered. I tried the "contact us" feature, but never received a reply. The access code was tricky to operate and instructions on how to use it were incomplete. Additionally, there seems to have been something in the driveway that provides access to the parking lot from the side streeet (not Broadway) that punctured my tires - 2 differeent tires, on the 2 different times I drove out of that exit. Not having staff onsite probably...

"Hotel is next to train tracks so you hear train whistles throughout the night and early morning. Beds were not comfortable and were very loud when you moved around."

"The staff was friendly and helpful. I did not like the hard beds, but that's just my personal preference. In the bathroom, they have exposed pipes on the ceiling, and water will drip down from them after your shower due to the lack of a fan in the bathroom."

"I stayed here a year ago and it was great. This time I was very disappointed. At check-in they weren't expecting me and had to go find a room for me while I waited in the lobby. The room was not clean. The bedding didn't look like it was changed. It was extremely wrinkled and there was a long hair I found underneath the covers. "The last at the front desk was so kind and helpful."

"The water in the tub / shower would not turn off completely. It was leaking water from the faucet and the on /off water temp handle. We went dinner, upon our return to the we discovered water all over the floor. When we contacted desk, they came to the room and stated they had been having problems with the shower. Their comment about the problem “ we can’t get someone in until Monday took at it” their solution , wrap a towel around the leaky faucet handle. As a result we listened to the shower...

"Since we stayed 8 days the breakfast was basically the same every morning. They only came in a couple times, did not put towels in, bed not fixed, no paper towels otherwise enjoyed the stay. Just felt there should have been a little more service for the price."
