"The staff was welcoming and friendly upon check-in. We were immediately offered an upgrade and late checkout as a Gold Elite members. The room was clean, with a good size bathroom, a coffee machine, and complementary bottles of water. "loved the helpful staff, who moved us so we could be on the same floor as the rest of our party and also generously provide us with a complimentary breakfast. Room was spacious and clean. One concern is the loud ceiling fan connection to the roof in the bathroom - the roof vents were clapping and making loud noises in the wind. We slept with that door closed, but the sound could still be heard in the main room. "
