"This comment may not be true about all the rooms. Our room was outside of the main building (lavender room). The room had an old stained carpet that was not vacuumed at all during the time we were there. We know this because there were several dried leaves on the carpet from the day we arrived to the day we left. If you stay at the hotel for longer than a day, they do not clean the room unless it’s requested. We did request and they made the bed and put fresh towels but did not vacuum the...

Food was very good at onsite restaurants (Lindsay's served breakfast and the pub and grill served lunch and dinner). One elevator was out of service and could have come in handy since the place was crowded."

"We had no housekeeping for the last day of our stay which was last Sunday. We had to go downstairs to get our wine open and come back up no wine opener. We ran out of tissue what else? Oh our keys stopped working for two days. I had to get them recharged and we had expected to have breakfast you know complementary breakfast like the Hilton and other hotels I’m really shocked and amazed so my mother and I am at 80 six-year-old Mom and I who flew in from New York were not impressed. "We stayed here on 5/22 and were incredibly disappointed by the lack of cleanliness. The first room we were given was completely unacceptable—there were bugs in the pull-out sofa and what appeared to be blood in the doorway. Management did upgrade us to a King/Queen room after we complained, but it wasn't much better. The carpets were badly stained, and the bathroom had a strong, horrible odor of urine.
