Después de una fila de 30 minutos a media noche, nos atendió Giorgio de mala gana, muy lento, además nos cobró 20 euros extra de un impuesto local... nos quedamos en otro hotel más céntrico en Milán y no cobraron ningún extra. The staff were very helpful. The shuttle service was available for clients to use to go to the metro station and back to the hotel. Huge savings on that, one doesn’t need to take a taxi all the time.

Nice lobby, the room was clean but beds not very comfortable. Good to have one room for a family of 4. No shuttle service for the airport which is a reason not to come back.
