"A little bit off the beaten track, was nervous on arrival as big old car park was empty and there was a 1 star EHO rating advertised on the door. Bit of a mixed bag inside ranging from Formica tables to snug fire places and old farming objèt d'art on the walls. Check was easy. Room was very good, completly different vibe than down stairs. Menu was limited but all looked good. Skipped breakfast as was up too early. "

"Magical traditional inn with very caring family. Modern amenities, great shower, comfy cozy rooms and beds. Pub and restaurant, great food, family went above and beyond to welcome us. A very special experience. Lovely village! Great beer garden. A destination in itself! Many thanks!"

"We had amazing stay. Lovely surroundings including good access to the beautiful sandy beaches and shops within 20 min drive. Definitely we will be back again. "

"A very different experience, a shame it was November so the weather wasn't great, but still a great experience. Would definately recommend flip flops for the bus stop showers, as that floor was a tad painful. And a shame the shower with a view had suffered in the last freeze, would be great in summer. Will consider a revisit in warmer weather if we need a place to stay in the area in the future."
