"The night staff was very helpful and personable, starting at check-in. My wife had just undergone major surgery, and needed a wheel chair to come into the hotel. When the desk staff saw me pushing her in a wheelchair, He immediately offered to change our accommodation from a 2d floor room to one on the 1st floor near the entrance, front desk, and breakfast room. We didn’t even have to ask; he offered immediately, even though the hotel was nearly full. My wife and I appreciated that thoughtfulness very much. He made our difficult circumstance so much easier! Everything else went better after that.
Breakfast was my only disappointment. There were waffles, cereal, yogurt, fruit and coffee—all good. But there was no meat or protein available—primarily just carbs."
