"A lovely family run hotel with attention to detail and great service. Great location, with a super pool (great for kids). Beautiful views across the hillsides. Breakfast was delicious and very fresh. Friday night BBQ and live music was a lovely experience. We visited a local Thai restaurant on Friday evening, as recommended by the hotel - they weren’t wrong. It was really tasty and the service excellent. All in all would highly recommend and would love to return to Hotel L’Abbaye!"

"The hotel was a bit difficult to find for out cab driver, but only 10 euros for the drive. The place he let us off was downhill from the hotel, so a bit of a steep climb up. Have your driver drop you above the hotel on Blvd Eugène Le Roy at Côte de Toulouse. About 5 min walk downhill from there, but on cobblestones. Great location near many restaurants, the restaurant next door had beautiful live jazz. Sarlat is an incredible walking city. Great petite déjeuner at the hotel. Really nice staff...
